Jake was great, very knowledgeable and a great sports massage that sorted out the problem areas.

What I wanted was a diagnostic session, and that is exactly what I got - thorough, helpful and sensitive.

I initially looked for a women's physio after undergoing a total hysterectomy, alongside appendix and bowel surgery in June 2026. I had been a regular runner, and to suddenly find myself post-op without any follow-up appointments from the NHS, I felt very much on my own, and I was concerned about how to get back to training safely, taking into account my recovery. Georgia has been really understanding about this journey, with guidance on timescales, soft tissue massage, a range of good strength-building exercises to do in-clinic and at home and a tailored approach which has taken into account my different stages of recovery and fitness. It has given me a lot of confidence in steadily getting my strength back. Now, four months after my surgery, I have been able to safely (and slowly!) start running again, all with proper guidance and a new approach to strength, stretching and maintenance. My sessions have been really helpful, and Georgia's calm, knowledgeable approach has helped me enormously. I'm really grateful for this service and strongly recommend it to any women who might find themselves in a similar situation.

Ruby, as my physio, is really well prepared for the type of treatment I was looking to receive, talked me through things well, and performed the physio really well. Very happy.

York Physio was great. Georgia did a thorough assessment for my neck pain and then provided treatment in session and a treatment plan for me to continue at home. After two sessions my neck was significantly better and the exercises Georgia prescribed for me helped continue my progress. Thoroughly recommend York Physio, thanks for your help.

Been here twice to see Ruby for a Sports Massage and have nothing but positive things to say. From being greeted at reception, to the actual treatment itself has been a great experience... Ruby is so lovely and makes you feel really comfortable (not physically whilst getting a sports massage if course, but no pain, no gain) and supported throughout the session. Highly recommended.
