Frequently Asked Questions

If you have any other questions about our services, or the clinic please get in touch and our team will be happy to help.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

Nope! You can book directly with us—no GP referral needed. If you’ve got a referral from a consultant or insurance provider, that’s great too—but not essential.

We treat a wide range of conditions, if you can not find your condition listed on our conditions page, please get in touch and we can work out how best to help you.

We’ll chat through your symptoms and health history, assess how your body moves, and start hands-on treatment where appropriate. You’ll leave with a clear plan, and likely a few exercises to get started at home.

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. If we need to look at a specific area (like your knee or lower back), you might need to remove a layer, shorts or a vest can be handy!

Initial assessments are 60 minutes. Follow-ups are typically 30-45 minutes. We’ll always let you know what to expect when you book.

We aim to work with your body, not against it! Some techniques may feel intense, but nothing should feel unbearable. You’re always in control, and we’ll talk you through everything.

Yes, we work with most major insurers. Just check with your provider and bring your policy details with you. Some insurers may require a GP referral, best to confirm with them directly.
